David joined the firm as a Senior Executive in 2022 and has over five years’ worth of experience in Private Client. David specialises in writing Wills and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney

He prides himself on being friendly and professional in his manner and strives to provide a comprehensive service.

Contemplating drafting a Will or putting Lasting Powers of Attorney are not the most pleasant of subjects, but they are necessary. David understands that these matters ultimately provide peace of mind for not only his customers, but their immediate family. 

Examples of recent cases

David has recently:

  • Prepared several Wills with trust provisions for main residences or vulnerable beneficiaries
  • Drafted and registered Lasting Powers of Attorney for customers to assist them going forward
  • Assisted and registered Enduring Powers of Attorney and notified interested parties of this intention.
  • Conducted multiple home visits to ensure that customers with restricted mobility do not miss out on being able to arrange their affairs.

When not in the office David’s main hobby is Tenpin Bowling and has competed at county level on multiple occasions.

David is based primarily at our Gravesend office but advises clients throughout Kent.
