Each month our staff members nominate a colleague for Employee of the Month. The individual with the most votes receives a certificate, trophy and a gift voucher as well as firm wide recognition for their efforts. Our most recent employee of the month is Natasha, our skilled and upbeat Legal Secretary.
Natasha has been a busy bee helping her colleagues by going above and beyond in every task that is given to her. Natasha only joined the firm in summer time so this is a great achievement and a testament to how well she has picked up the role. She was nominated by four members of staff who sung Natasha’s praises for being extremely helpful and a team player. Well done Natasha!
